Non-Refundable Products** All edible/agricultural oils sold by Nagnechiya Agri Products are **non-refundable once the seal is opened or the product is used**. This is in accordance with hygiene and safety standards applicable to food and consumable goods under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 (India). **2. Eligible Returns** Returns are accepted only in the following cases: - The product received is damaged or leaking at the time of delivery. - The wrong product was delivered. - The product is past its expiry date at the time of delivery. **3. Return Window** Eligible return/refund requests must be raised within **48 hours of delivery** with photographic evidence sent to us at **9829448291**. **4. Refund Process** Approved refunds will be processed within **7–10 business days** to the original payment method. **5.
